Our products and services

We provide:

- Tickets to live comedy and entertainment events

- Corporate and private-event entertainment

- Hosting, writing and acting services

- Other products or services described on jacky.sg

Corporate and private engagements may be governed by a separate quotation or contract. If there is a conflict, the separately agreed terms apply to that engagement.

Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in Singapore dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.

Any service fees, transaction fees or applicable taxes will be shown before payment. The total amount payable will be displayed at checkout.

Payments may be processed by Airwallex, Wix’s payment services or another provider identified at checkout.

By submitting an order, you confirm that:

- The information provided is accurate

- You are authorised to use the selected payment method

- You authorise the applicable payment

An order is accepted when we issue an order or booking confirmation following successful payment.

We may cancel an order if payment fails, tickets are unavailable, an obvious error has occurred or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. Where appropriate, payments will be returned to the original payment method.

Electronic ticket delivery

Tickets are normally delivered electronically to the email address provided during checkout.

You are responsible for:

- Providing a correct email address

- Checking your inbox and spam folders

- Keeping your ticket or booking reference secure

- Contacting us if confirmation does not arrive

For ticket-delivery issues, email jacky@jacky.sg.

Tickets must not be copied, altered or shared in a way that permits unauthorised use.

Event admission and conduct

Admission may require:

- A valid ticket or booking confirmation

- Compliance with any stated age requirement

- Compliance with venue, safety and security rules

- Reasonable conduct toward performers, staff and other attendees

We or the venue may refuse admission or remove a customer for dangerous, abusive, seriously disruptive or unlawful behaviour. A refund may not be provided in these circumstances.

Late admission is subject to the organiser’s and venue’s discretion.

Event changes

Live events may involve reasonable changes to the supporting lineup, running order, programme, start time or room arrangement.

If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, we will use reasonable efforts to contact affected customers.

Depending on the circumstances, customers may be offered:

- Entry to the rescheduled event

- A reasonable opportunity to request a refund

- Another appropriate remedy

A minor programme or supporting-performer change does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund.

We are not responsible for transport, accommodation or other additional expenses unless required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

Cancellations and refunds

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our:

Delivery, Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Unless that policy, an event page or applicable law states otherwise:

- A change of mind or inability to attend does not automatically qualify for a refund.

- Refund requests must be sent to jacky@jacky.sg with the relevant order details.

- Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

- Processing times depend partly on the payment provider and financial institution.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Ticket transfers and resale

Ticket transfers are permitted only where allowed by the event information or our refund policy.

Tickets must not be:

- Resold commercially without permission

- Used in unauthorised promotions or packages

- Copied, altered or fraudulently obtained

- Resold contrary to applicable law

We may cancel tickets reasonably believed to be fraudulent, duplicated or sold through an unauthorised commercial resale arrangement.

Corporate and private bookings

Submitting a website enquiry does not confirm a booking.

A corporate or private booking is confirmed only when the requirements in the relevant quotation or agreement have been completed. These may include written acceptance, payment of a deposit and confirmation of the event details.

Cancellation, rescheduling, payment, travel and technical terms for private engagements will be stated in the applicable agreement.
